In fact, I changed very little in the BIOS other than setting up for RAID0. So I downloaded the latest BIOS and as many Vista capable drivers as I could find from the ASUS site.Unfortunately, I didn't realize that flashing the BIOS on a system running RAID might be a dangerous thing to do.The Marvell 91xx SATA6G controller fails to detect any external SATA II drives when they are plugged in so hot swap is not working. I have searched ASUS and many Internet discussion groups without successful results.Marvell dont provide customer downloads for sata controllers.
If you have any complaints regarding this website (incorrect information found here, disfunctional links, can’t download driver software etc) please report here.So carefully scroll down the list of different drivers until you find the one for the Marvell 91xx devices. All installation instructions and labels for the drivers are in English.I experienced no problems whatsoever in the download and installation.Mobo: EVGA SR-2 w/ BIOS A46 or A49 & Windows 7 (64-bit edition).
