within the Samsung Galaxy Note forums, part of the Samsung Android Phones category; Since updating to 4.1.2 my email will only update manually. It is set to update every 30 min but the Sync tick box is greyed ...I am able to pull incoming email but I can't mark them read, delete, or send outgoing mail.I have cleared the cache, deleted the data, uninstalled the app and all updates. I have even turned off two factor in case an app password was the issue. So if you delete an email on our tablet, it will still be there on your phone or computer. And removing and adding the email accounts is only a temporary fix.But that is weird when you have a smart phone with proper email client and internet connection always.I have done 3 software updates for this phone after the purchase, that may be the reason.
Everything worked fine for a week - then I stopped getting emails on the tablet. I checked the settings and everything said it was syncing every 5 mins.
